Verantwoordelikhede : Nakoming van interne kontroles,prosedures en beleide; Identifisering en rapportering van afwykings (finansieel en operasioneel); Versekering van data akkuraatheid vir operasionele en finansiële verslagdoening; Nakoming van streng sperdatums en werksvloei dissipline; Neem eienaarskap van administratiewe prosesse en uitsette; Samewerking met alle personeel en bestuur om operasionele akkuraatheid te verseker; Bewustheid van en optrede teen onreëlmatighede of moontlike bedrog. Main purpose of the position: The effective handling of all administrative tasks with regards to the Grain division Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with accounting; 3 year’s experience in an administrative position preferably in an accounting environment. Skills: Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; Computer literate (MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel); Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills; Good numerical ability as well as the ability to work meticulously and pay attention to detail; Must be able to function independently and cope under pressure; Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
