Minimum Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, lodge, or luxury guest lodge management Minimum 23 years experience in a similar assistant management role Excellent guest relations and hosting skills Strong administration and organisational abilities Experience with reservations systems and OTA platforms advantageous Knowledge of food and beverage operations Housekeeping management experience advantageous Maintenance knowledge and problem-solving abilities beneficial Valid drivers licence essential PDP and guiding qualifications advantageous Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and manage staff effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hospitality hours Passion for conservation, hospitality, and guest experiences Package Live-in accommodation provided Meals while on duty Uniform provided where applicable Salary dependent on experience and qualifications Work cycle to be discussed during interview process
