Key Responsibilities Conduct failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA) and technical testing to identify product risks and improvement areas. Perform root cause analyses on product non-conformances and develop corrective and preventative action plans . Oversee supplier quality management and ensure compliance through audits and inspections. Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues. Interpret and report on product performance data, warranty claims, and optimization findings. Drive continuous improvement in product design, testing, and process control.
