Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Consultant to handle all inbound and outbound calls for the Western Cape Central Distribution Unit (WC CDU) customers. Primary purpose of the job Administration tasks completed accurately and within agreed timelines. Inbound and outbound calls handled professionally and with very strict confidentiality within SOP’s and SLA. Resolve calls logged by Facilities and patients within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. Record calls logged by Facilities and patients onto the Query Log as per SLA. Investigate email queries, log and respond in a professional manner. Assist with any ad hoc task as required by Management or CDU operations. Specific Requirements/Other important information Ability to prioritise large work load Ability to maintain policy guideline with in pressured situations Ability to act independently Ability to accept and take charge of projects allocated on short notice Willingness to work overtime during high pressure periods Compulsory training or other ad-hoc operational requirements Qualifications Experience Knowledge of Western Cape Chronic Unit (WC CDU) and or Medipost Operations and processes 1-2 Years. Knowledge of Medipost CDU application system in order to investigate queries. Ability to read and interpret prescriptions. Basic capturing experience. Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. Previous HCP interaction.
