Role Summary An exciting, global software startup is seeking a high-performing Sales & Account Manager to cover and drive revenue growth across primarily the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. This role combines proactive account management with targeted new business development. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who knows how to build deep customer relationships, manage complex accounts, and consistently exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of EMEA & RoW accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experience. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage. Build multi-level relationships within accounts (user, manager, executive). Prepare quarterly account reviews, forecasts, and renewal strategies. New Business Development Identify, prioritize and follow through on new prospects that match our ideal customer profile. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, to managing a free‑trial process (led by a Pre Sales Manager), and execution to closing. Present tailored pitches, proposals, and ROI‑driven business cases. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver value to customers. Provide structured feedback on product gaps and market trends from the field. Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required (not more than 3‑4 times per year).
