Our client is seeking a Resort Promotions & Events Manager to lead all on-site promotions, events, guest engagement initiatives, and entertainment activities across a busy resort and gaming operation. The successful candidate will play a central role in driving customer loyalty, managing the Winners Circle experience, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring exceptional event delivery. This role combines marketing execution, customer engagement, digital content creation, entertainment coordination, and operational management. You will work closely with gaming, hospitality, sales, and central marketing teams to implement promotions, manage event calendars, coordinate activations, oversee resort branding, and maintain strong online engagement across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organised, customer-centric, digitally savvy, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and events simultaneously while maintaining premium brand standards and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Manage the Winners Circle guest engagement desk and loyalty experience Execute on-site promotions, gaming activations, and entertainment events Develop and maintain the resort promotions and events calendar Coordinate promotional collateral, décor, branding, and event logistics Manage guest communications and customer satisfaction initiatives Oversee social media pages and online reputation management Create marketing content including copy, photography, and video Coordinate entertainment bookings, activations, and special events Work closely with gaming, hospitality, sales, and marketing teams Monitor resort branding, screens, music, and promotional visibility Support direct marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives Build relationships with local media and external partners Assist with launches, functions, and property activations Ensure promotions comply with internal approval processes and standards What You Bring Experience in promotions, events, hospitality, gaming, or entertainment marketing Strong event planning and promotional execution capability Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience managing social media and digital engagement Ability to create engaging marketing content Strong organisational and multitasking ability Experience coordinating entertainment or live activations advantageous Ability to work collaboratively across departments Operational awareness within hospitality or gaming environments High attention to detail and strong administrative capability What Success Looks Like Successful execution of high-impact promotions and events Strong customer engagement and loyalty participation Positive guest experiences and online reputation management Well-managed event calendars and promotional schedules Effective collaboration across gaming, hospitality, and marketing teams Increased visibility and engagement across digital channels Strong operational readiness for all resort activations Consistent delivery of premium brand standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
