The successful candidate will play a central role in driving customer loyalty, managing the Winners Circle experience, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring exceptional event delivery. This role combines marketing execution, customer engagement, digital content creation, entertainment coordination, and operational management. You will work closely with gaming, hospitality, sales, and central marketing teams to implement promotions, manage event calendars, coordinate activations, oversee resort branding, and maintain strong online engagement across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organised, customer-centric, digitally savvy, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and events simultaneously while maintaining premium brand standards and operational excellence.
