This role focuses on creative content production and platform adaptation. Key Responsibilities Repurpose podcast episodes into weekly content packages. Write captions, hooks, and posts for multiple platforms. Adapt content for TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X. Turn podcast highlights into quote posts, discussion posts, and short-form ideas. Review recordings and identify strongest moments. Cut long‑form into vertical short‑form clips. Add captions/subtitles and ensure platform formatting. Maintain consistent branding and presentation quality. Create posts from blogs, newsletters, or case studies. Improve older clips, thumbnails, and captions. Test new formats and review content performance. Support light community engagement when needed. Required Qualifications Excellent writing skills for captions, hooks, and summaries. Experience with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Preferred Skills Ability to create quote graphics, audiograms, thumbnails, and visuals. Comfortable using AI tools for captions, summaries, and repurposing.
