Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and company standards Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Investigate workplace incidents and compile detailed reports Facilitate safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation Support the implementation of digital and AI-enabled safety systems Promote a strong safety culture across operational teams Minimum Requirements NOSA certification or equivalent health and safety qualification Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, engineering, scrap metal, or industrial environments preferred Strong reporting, administration, and communication skills Basic computer literacy and willingness to work with digital systems Practical, reliable, and self-managed approach to work Comfortable working in demanding industrial and production environments Personality & Work Ethic We are looking for a strong, hands‑on individual who can confidently enforce safety standards in a tough industrial environment.
