We’re looking for a Leasing Coordinator with direct leasing or property management experience who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our leasing process, so no lead is forgotten, and every prospect gets a great experience. You’ll be the person who turns curiosity into conversations, and conversations into signed leases. When you follow up well, keep clean records, and guide people through the next steps, our properties stay full, and our communities grow. What You’ll Do Enter, manage, and track leasing leads in our CRM or property management system so no inquiry ever gets lost. Be the First Friendly Voice Call inbound and outbound leads, ask the right questions, and pre‑qualify prospects with confidence and professionalism. Keep the Process Moving Schedule next steps, follow up consistently, and guide prospects through the leasing pipeline. Keep Records Clean Maintain detailed notes, update records, and ensure every interaction is documented clearly and accurately. Support the Team Coordinate closely with leasing and property management teams to keep everything aligned and on track. What Makes You a Great Fit Previous leasing or property management experience (required) Experience working in a property management or real estate environment Strong CRM or property management system experience Highly organized with consistent follow‑through Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) Experience with Rent Manager or similar software (a plus) Ability to handle a high volume of leads without dropping the ball Why This Role Matters Your follow‑up turns interest into homes.
