Lodge Manager & Admin / Accounts Couple | Luxury Lodge | KwaZulu-Natal Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager & Admin / Accounts Couple for a luxury lodge located in KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for a couple with strong operational, guest-facing, and administrative experience to join a high-end hospitality environment. Salary: R40,000 – R50;000 Accommodation: Live-in position Key Responsibilities Lodge Manager Oversee day-to-day lodge operations with a strong focus on guest experience Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalised, high-end service delivery Manage and support lodge staff, ensuring strong team performance and morale Oversee the Head Chef with a focus on quality control and consistency Ensure smooth coordination between all lodge departments Maintain operational standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations Assist with food and beverage stock control and ordering processes Admin / Accounts Manage lodge administration and support operational requirements Handle reservations and ensure accurate guest billing and account checks Assist with basic financial processes (no heavy accounting required) Work with systems such as Pastel and reservation/accounting platforms Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and daily financial reconciliation Support stock takes and purchasing processes where required Requirements 5–10 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment Strong guest service orientation with the ability to “read” guests Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with staff Solid administrative skills with attention to detail Experience with reservations systems and guest billing processes Working knowledge of Pastel and lodge accounting systems advantageous Hands‑on, practical approach with initiative and common sense Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences Benefits Live-in accommodation Meals on duty Suitable candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to submit their CV to apply for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
