Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory control across multiple departments and sites. Reporting & Consolidation: Consolidate stock reports for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and packaging. Cycle Counts & Stock Audits: Perform cycle counts, stock takes, and investigate variances. Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock availability, slow-moving, expired, and obsolete stock. Inter-Site Transfers: Support inter-site transfers and stock reconciliations. Logistics Support: Assist in logistics planning, dispatch scheduling, transport utilization, and delivery tracking. Compliance: Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) compliance, maintaining stock integrity. Audit & Reporting Support: Assist with audits and supply chain reporting. Minimum Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) required. A Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations is advantageous. Experience: 5+ years of experience in inventory control, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or food processing industries. Experience managing inventory across multiple departments or sites. Familiarity with Meat Matrix & Sequel software is beneficial. Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting. Sound understanding of logistics and distribution processes. Personal Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong coordination and communication skills. Analytical, proactive, and solution-driven approach. Ability to work effectively under pressure and liaise with multiple stakeholders. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Salary: The proposed salary for the role is R18k - R20k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
