Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with major retail accounts Oversee performance of a large product portfolio (±900 SKUs) across key clients Analyse product sales data, stock movement, and shelf performance Identify top-performing and underperforming products and drive corrective actions Monitor product lifecycle, shelf presence, and rotation within retail environments Work closely with buyers to optimise product ranges and listings Provide data-driven insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients Forecast demand trends and support planning based on sales data Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and planning) to ensure product availability Ensure smooth execution of orders, stock replenishment, and delivery timelines Travel to Johannesburg as required to manage key accounts Requirements Proven experience in Key Account Management within retail or FMCG environments Strong analytical ability with experience managing large product ranges Experience working with major South African retailers (essential) Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Strong relationship management and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
