The role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of medical equipment, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering professional technical support to customers. Responsibilities Install, commission, and configure medical equipment at customer sites. Perform preventative maintenance, routine servicing, and safety inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults. Conduct testing and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and job cards. Ensure compliance with medical regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. Adhere to all health and safety requirements. Assist with internal audits and quality assurance processes.
