The HSSEreporting specialistis responsible foremanging and optimising the health and safety data using the Isometrix platform– a leading integrated risk management software for EHS (Environment, Health, Safety).The position focuses onaccuratedata capture, incident reporting, analytics and generating insightful reports to drive proactive safety improvements acrossthe project. Key Job Requirements And Expectations Ensurea proactive HSSE culture, including buy-in from our partners,employeesand contractors. Administer,manageandmaintainthe Isometrix EHS module, ensuring seamless data entry, workflow management, and system configuration. Capture, investigate, and report on health and safety incidents, near-misses, hazards, and observations fromprojectteams. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, using Isometrix tools tomonitorsafety performance, trends, and compliance. Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-upwith the HSSE manageron incidents to prevent recurrence. Trainingfield staff and supervisors on Isometrix mobile/data capture tools to promoteaccurateandtimelyreporting. Collaborate with the HSSE Manager and project teams toidentifyrisks inthe projectactivities (e.g., manual labour, machinery use, remote site work) and recommend mitigations. Ensure alignment with, project HSSE policies, and regulatory requirements. Develop andmanage audits, inspections, andother system requirements to ensurecontinuous improvement of the safety management system. Assist withInvestigationsand report on incidents and accidents, compile action plans and track corrective actions to completion, including defining and classifying HSSE incidents (e.g. exposure hours, recordable cases, lost time injuries, high potential incidents). #J-18808-Ljbffr
