Job Details Position Type: Permanent Location: Bloemfontein Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with after-hours applicable to cater to operations Salary: Market related, to be determined Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience working within an IT environment Minimum of 2 years of direct exposure to IT hardware, Network Infrastructure, CCTV, and Fibre installation High technical aptitude and proficiency in hardware installation Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm demeanor Qualifications National Senior Certificate or an equivalent to NQF Level 4 Responsibilities Install, terminate, and test CAT6 fibre cabling Pull, route, label, and secure cables according to industry standards and site requirements Terminate cables in patch panels, cabinets, and equipment rooms Mount and connect devices including cameras, Wi-Fi access points, network switches, and network cabinets Diagnose and repair technical faults in cabling, hardware devices, or system configurations Support daily IT operations, which includes handling hardware equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of designated IT areas Assist with hardware collection, physical inspections, and stock control management Maintain and accurately record equipment and inventory stock levels
