Overview We are seeking an experienced Island Activities Manager to join a small, exclusive private island located off the coast of Tanzania. This unique opportunity allows you to live and work in paradise, curating exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious, 5‑star boutique environment. Responsibilities As the Island Activities Manager, you will manage and guide a variety of land and marine‑based guest activities, including diving, snorkeling, dolphin excursions, sandbank picnics, and fishing trips. You will be the face of adventure on the island, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and unforgettable. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing or guiding guest activities in a luxury lodge, resort, or private island setting. Strong knowledge and experience in organising marine and island excursions (diving, snorkeling, fishing, dolphin and sandbank trips). Good experience in all water sports. Well‑presented, articulate, and confident in engaging with high‑end international clientele. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a hands‑on, guest‑first attitude. Physically fit, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working in remote, outdoor environments. Boat maintenance skills and good knowledge of diving gear and equipment upkeep. Contactable references.
