About the Role As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across the property, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong team leadership, and outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands‑on role requiring a leader who can be present on the floor, inspire their team, and consistently deliver at a high standard while managing costs and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets Ensure exceptional guest service and handle service recovery where required Drive revenue and maximise profitability within the F&B department Manage budgets, cost control, and stock management Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning and service delivery Train, develop, and motivate the F&B team Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service across all outlets Requirements Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or estate Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations Strong financial acumen and budget management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands‑on approach with the ability to lead from the front Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Package Great Salary basic Retirement Annuity What We’re Looking For We are looking for a leader who is not only operationally strong but also a true cultural fit — someone who leads with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
