Regional Manager – Cleaning, Hygiene & Pest Control – Cape Town Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee cleaning, hygiene and pest control operations across a portfolio of lifestyle and retirement villages, private schools, and dormitory environments in the Western Cape. Salary: R55 000 CTC (includes travel and cell phone allowance) Description This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for managing multiple contracts, leading Area and Unit Managers, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining profitability, and driving service excellence across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage Area and Unit Managers across multiple sites Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are achieved Drive profitability and operational performance across the region Manage labour planning, wages, budgets and expenditure Conduct client meetings and relationship management Oversee health, safety and risk compliance Manage assets, audits and operational reporting Lead, mentor and develop operational management teams Engage with union representatives and manage employee relations Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Minimum 5 years’ management experience Minimum 5 years’ experience within a service industry Strong budgeting and P&L management experience Exposure to industrial relations and union engagement Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements Cleaning and hygiene industry experience advantageous Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle essential This role would particularly suit candidates with experience managing cleaning operations within hospitality, healthcare, retirement villages, education, or multi-site facilities management environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
