The Pricing Manager will drive the journey towards pricing excellence within the cluster. This role involves executing pricing processes, optimizing pricing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing governance and performance. The leader will play a crucial role in developing and implementing commercial policies, scaling digital tools, and leveraging data analytics for informed pricing decisions. What will you do: Lead the cluster in achieving pricing excellence through innovative strategies and initiatives. Define and deploy new commercial policies that align with business objectives. Promote the adoption of digital quotation tools and create tailored pricing dashboards and reports based on local needs. Drive data analytics-based pricing decisions to enhance profitability and competitiveness within the cluster. Understand and execute pricing processes, optimizing the Price Waterfall for the country. Collaborate with stakeholders across country operations, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Master Data, and Tax teams, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and Rolling Forecast. Deploy the commercial policy and pricing playbook effectively across the cluster. Act as a pricing control point, providing support for pricing performance monitoring and management. Contribute to Channel Compliance and Corridor Management activities. Roll out pricing systems and functional topics, including training, tools, processes, price competition, and value‑based pricing. Update pricing‑related metrics in the ERP system, including Administration List Price and discount conditions. Simulate Delta P impacts and opportunities, including List Price updates and SPA Opportunity quotas. Organize Pricing Governance, monitor delta price performance, and manage pricing corridors. Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to users on newly implemented systems and processes. What will make you successful: Familiarity with Schneider Electric's transactional offers and channels is preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel; advanced skills are essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international team environment. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
