The Role: Creative DirectorThe Creative Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall creative vision for products, tech operations, and customer experiences. This position exists to lead a team of designers and creatives to produce impactful work while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects innovative and high-quality standards. The role contributes to the business by maintaining high standards of excellence and collaborating across departments to bring bold ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team including a social media expert, marketing interns, videographers, multimedia designers, and copywriters with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Develop and implement a creative vision and strategy for the brand that aligns with company objectives and business requirements. Oversee visual and content creation across all media, including reviewing and approving designs, artwork, videos, photography, copy, and graphics. Lead the design and execution of performance-based campaigns with a focus on metrics, results, and growth. Collaborate with the CMO and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all internal and external platforms. Ensure creative projects are delivered on time and within budget by developing efficient processes and workflows. Use data and analytics to inform and refine creative decisions for maximum impact. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the creative and marketing teams. About You Minimum of 5 years of experience. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Media, Communication, or a related discipline. Background in a dynamic creative environment. Ability to craft and implement innovative strategies that align with brand objectives. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on mentoring. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Highly organized and planning-oriented regarding tasks and goals. Ability to analyze industry trends and consumer behaviors to inform decision-making.
