We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our fast-paced BPO Contact Centre environment. This role operates at both strategic tactical and operational levels to create an exceptional employee and leadership experience while driving the people strategy aligned with business objectives in South Africa. The successful candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations. The Senior HR Consultant HRBP will work closely with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and HR guidance to support business growth and workforce effectiveness. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to build trusted partnerships while maintaining alignment with organizational culture and values. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to execute the people strategy and implement innovative HR initiatives and employee programs. Coach and support managers in understanding and applying talent frameworks, HR processes, and people management tools. Drive a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture. Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders by providing accurate, professional, and timely guidance and support. Collaborate with Payroll, HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and uphold ethical business standards. Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, grievances, disputes, and terminations. Facilitate effective communication on all HR-related matters across the business. Analyze HR metrics and reporting related to attrition, retention, engagement, and workforce trends to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies. Represent the organization professionally and with integrity both internally and externally. Provide HR support across varying operational hours, including graveyard shift operations where required. Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
