Job Description Oversee and coordinate daily lending activities to ensure efficient loan processing Lead loan origination processes and review funding applications and disbursements Manage complex transactions and ensure adherence to approved credit frameworks Monitor loan performance post-disbursement and oversee collections and recoveries Minimise impairments and maintain strong client relationships to ensure portfolio health Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Manage and develop team members to achieve performance and service excellence Support strategic initiatives, policy improvements, and product development Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years’ experience in credit or lending Strong credit risk assessment and decision‑making capability Proven leadership or supervisory experience Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage collections and recoveries effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending systems Qualification Relevant Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
