We are seeking an AI Operations & Strategy Engineer to lead the adoption, governance, and optimisation of AI/LLM solutions. Reporting to senior technical leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring AI systems are cost-efficient, ethical, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and refine prompt engineering strategies. Monitor and optimise AI resource usage and costs. Develop evaluation frameworks to ensure reliable AI outputs. Train and enable internal teams on AI best practices. Contribute to the AI product roadmap and future features. Requirements Proven experience in AI engineering or machine learning operations. Expertise in prompt engineering and model optimisation. Knowledge of AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI quality.
