ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES   Design, develop, and maintain backend‑centric full‑stack solutions Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering peers Support integration across multiple enterprise systems and platforms Contribute to technical solution design , architecture discussions, and documentation Participate in design and code reviews , upholding best practices Act as a senior technical contributor , coaching and supporting team members where required EXPERIENCE   Senior full‑stack engineering capability , with a primary backend focus Strong experience with enterprise backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, integrations) Solid understanding of distributed systems , data persistence, and performance optimisation Working exposure to Angular and TypeScript to support end‑to‑end delivery Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Strong collaboration skills across business, architecture, and engineering teams Experience delivering in Agile environments Work within Agile (AWM) delivery models, contributing to team planning and execution QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience 6+ years professional experience in enterprise software development Demonstrated delivery at senior or advanced level within complex IT environments
