REQUIREMENT: - RSA ID and legal residence essential- Minimum 4 years' experience in a senior management role within a luxury game lodge environment- Extensive experience within the game lodge industry essential- Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservations, Maintenance, and Guest Relations- Proven leadership and staff management skills- Excellent guest relations and hosting ability- Strong financial understanding including budgeting, stock control, and cost management- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments- Professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach- Own transport essential- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the General Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service delivery standards- Assist in managing all operational departments and departmental managers- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where required- Assist with budgeting, financial controls, stock management, and reporting- Lead, mentor, and develop lodge staff and management teams- Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues- Conduct regular inspections to maintain lodge standards and presentation- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards- Act as relief General Manager when required- Support the achievement of operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals PACKAGE: - Salary Negotiable (DOE)- Private live-in accommodation provided LOCATION: ð Greater Addo Eastern Cape
