We are recruiting experienced Agile Masters and Scrum Masters for placement across a variety of IT delivery programmes in South Africa. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master within software or IT delivery environments Relevant certification is required — CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Solid working knowledge of Agile frameworks — Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Experience working within DevOps-oriented or continuous delivery environments Hands‑on experience with Agile tooling such as Jira or Azure DevOps Exposure to SAP or large‑scale enterprise IT delivery programmes is advantageous Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — ability to lead without direct authority South African citizen or permanent resident with valid right to work in South Africa Skills: Scrum | SAFe | Kanban | Jira | Azure DevOps | Agile Coaching | DevOps | Backlog Management | CSM | PSM Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach team members, Product Owners, and business stakeholders on Agile values and practices Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery health metrics Proactively identify, elevate, and remove impediments that block team progress Support the Product Owner in backlog creation, refinement, and prioritisation activities Drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured retrospectives and measurable follow‑through Manage and coordinate cross‑team dependencies within programme‑level delivery contexts Support the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS where applicable Encourage DevOps principles including automation, fast feedback, shared accountability, and quality at source Report team health, delivery metrics, and impediment status to programme and senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
