We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce platform development, a deep understanding of financial services use cases, and hands‑on expertise in building scalable, high‑performing solutions using OmniStudio tools. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Build and configure OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages where necessary. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSC and OmniStudio implementations. Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development. Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Strong hands‑on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity), including: OmniScripts Integration Procedures DataRaptors FlexCards Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Copado. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, FSC Accredited Professional). Experience in the financial services domain (banking, insurance, wealth management). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
