Product Specialist/ Capability Specialist (Payments) The Product Specialist / Capability Specialist (Payments) is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and management of payment-related products and capabilities. The role focuses on ensuring payment solutions meet business requirements, customer needs, and regulatory standards while supporting the continuous improvement of payment platforms and services. Key Responsibilities Product and Capability Support Support the development and enhancement of payment products and capabilities Assist in defining product features, functionality, and improvements Maintain documentation related to payment solutions and product capabilities Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements Support communication between stakeholders during product development and implementation Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications Payments Platform Support Support payment processing systems and related digital platforms Assist in identifying system improvements and operational efficiencies Monitor product performance and support issue resolution Delivery and Implementation Support project teams during the implementation of payment solutions Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of payment features Ensure product enhancements are delivered according to agreed timelines Compliance and Governance Ensure payment solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements Maintain accurate product documentation and process standards Support internal governance and reporting processes Education Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field Experience 4–7 years experience in product support, capability management, or business analysis roles Experience working with payment systems or payment processing platforms Experience working with cross-functional teams Key Skills Payments Platforms Product Support Capability Management Stakeholder Management Business Analysis Agile Methodologies Digital Platforms Process Improvement Risk and Compliance Awareness Communication Skills Preferred Experience Knowledge of payment technologies such as EFT, card payments, real-time payments, and digital wallets Exposure to payment standards such as ISO 20022 or SWIFT Experience working in agile or digital delivery environments Skills Payments Platforms Product Support Capability Management Stakeholder Management Agile Methodologies Process Improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
