The successful candidate will be responsible for running their designated kitchen section efficiently, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently outstanding meals. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining a designated kitchen section Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with attention to detail Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation standards Assisting with daily mise en place and service preparation Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards within the kitchen Monitoring stock levels and minimising wastage Supporting the senior chefs with daily kitchen operations Assisting with training and guiding junior kitchen staff where required Ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy periods Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a luxury lodge, hotel, or restaurant environment Passion for food and willingness to learn and grow Strong organisational and time‑management skills Ability to work calmly under pressure Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Team-player mentality with a positive attitude Relevant culinary qualification #J-18808-Ljbffr
