Duties & Responsibilities Drive sales and manage site profitability, ensuring a blend of strategic acumen and operational excellence. Set and achieve ambitious budget goals, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and the ability to deliver results. Foster strong internal communication across various teams, articulating information effectively. Perform information gathering and analysis with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring performance monitoring aligns with sales and profit targets. Build and maintain stellar customer relationships, prioritizing service and satisfaction. Coordinate and negotiate promotional activities, analyzing their success to optimize product offerings. Desired Experience & Qualification A degree in BCom, Food Science, or BTech in Cost & Management Accounting, or a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SYSPRO BOMs, ensuring accurate costings from operations to finance. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the food industry, with a proven track record in product costings, promotions, and price negotiations. A history of successful category development and establishing strong customer relationships.
