Operations Solution Analyst/Coordinator The Operations Solution Analyst/Coordinator role is crucial to the success of MRI’s Professional Services (PS) organisation. This position sits across multiple functional areas including Project Management, Resource Management, Training Solutions Management, and Business Operations Management. It is a highly visible and integral role that underpins the effective running of Professional Services, working closely with cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, project managers and consultants to ensure smooth and efficient operational delivery. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and confident taking ownership of initiatives from inception through to completion. A strong willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve processes is essential. Responsibilities Assist in the rollout of centralised scheduling, including process documentation, tool setup, and training of Project Managers and Consultants. Own and enforce scheduling best practices and governance across the region. Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting on resource capacity, demand and future project requirements. Schedule project resources (technical, consultancy and training services) and administer changes in the scheduling system. Monitor, track, and report on Professional Services cancellations. Act as the operations representative in team meetings, offering scheduling advice and best practice. Create new projects after the sales cycle has been completed. Coordinate activities, requests and approvals between PS and other MRI departments. Maintain project status and financial budgets in SuiteProjects Pro and Salesforce.com. Ensure documentation and internal systems support efficient processing of projects. Sustain Operations departmental processes and procedures. Support onboarding of new consultants and teams into Professional Services processes, tools and ways of working. Expedite quotes, orders and query resolutions from both Project and Account Managers. Support and train the PS team in the use of SuiteProjects Pro, Smartsheet, and JIRA. Understand key data points and write ad‑hoc reports to analyse data. Monitor, escale and report on timesheets. Assist with regional month‑end closing procedures, invoices, and financial reconciliation. Report and liaise with project managers regarding clients’ aged debt positions. Handle invoice matching and queries in support of the finance team. Identify, propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of Professional Services operations. Requirements Strong communication skills, adept at driving tasks to completion and meeting expected timelines consistently. Strategic, tactical and detail oriented with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on order, accuracy and client satisfaction. Moderate to expert proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office suite (formulas, formatting, pivot tables). Professionalism and exceptional communication skills to address questions and queries promptly and effectively. Analytical ability to review numbers, gather and present results for business review, driving process improvement and change. Positive behaviour and attitude that supports departmental, company and operational objectives. Capability to multi‑task and a willingness to learn, develop and adapt in a constantly changing environment. Excellent organisational and record‑keeping skills; maintain processes and procedures is crucial to team success. Confidence in job requirements and openness to feedback for continuous improvement. Experience in a financial or accounting role, with an understanding of financial statements, accruals and related accounting concepts.
