What you will be doing Elicit, document, and validate requirements; write user stories and acceptance criteria. Analyse and map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") financial workflows. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during sprint reviews and backlog refinement. Assess regulatory and audit trail requirements. What our client is looking for Knowledge of global payment rails (ACH, BACS, SEPA, SWIFT), direct debit mandates, and collections workflows. Familiarity with core accounting concepts (double-entry, GL, AP/AR), reconciliation/settlement processes, and SQL proficiency. Exposure to payment compliance frameworks.
