You will take responsibility for reporting, compliance, budgeting, treasury, and working capital management while leading a small finance team on-site in Mozambique. Based in Matola, Mozambique CTC: 250,000 - 300,000 Mozambican Meticais per month Key Responsibilities: Lead the full finance function for the Mozambique entity Manage monthly reporting into the South African head office Oversee tax compliance, including VAT and statutory submissions Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions Lead and manage a small finance team (2 direct reports) Ensure financial controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy Partner operationally with management to support business performance Assist with process improvements and finance efficiencies across the entity Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Accounting / Finance or related qualification Experience: 3-7 years’ experience within a Management Accounting or Finance leadership role Experience within multinational or cross-border environments advantageous Exposure to treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting essential Strong understanding of tax and statutory compliance Skills: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (non-negotiable) Advanced Excel skills Strong financial reporting and analytical ability Ability to work independently within an operational environment Strong communication and leadership skills Additional Information: Based full-time at the Matola office Leave aligned to Mozambique labour legislation #J-18808-Ljbffr
