Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Maintenance Manager located in the City of Cape Town. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hotel facilities, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition. Daily tasks will include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in all operations. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing resources efficiently to maintain smooth hotel operations. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance and repair of hotel facilities. Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Supervise maintenance staff. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all operations.
