What You'll Be Doing Assess vehicle warranty claims using repair reports, photographs, quotations, and supporting documentation. Investigate mechanical and electrical failures to determine cause and extent of damage. Apply policy terms and limits accurately and consistently. Communicate decisions clearly and professionally. Produce detailed, accurate assessments and reports. Work closely with repairers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient claim outcomes. What we're looking for Matric (grade 12). Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems. Previous experience in vehicle assessments, diagnostics, workshop environments, warranty claims, or related fields will be advantageous. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Audatex will be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
