Main responsibilities Training Management Training Courseware Optimization and Upgrade: Refinement of key selling points of existing products and optimization of sales messaging, output of sales confrontation messaging for key models of competing products. Personnel Training: Internal – Training and communication for all employees of Haier Company and BA; External – Customer owners, procurement managers, and FSP. Refinement of hero case studies (customers, shops, BAs). On‑site standardized management Standardized on‑site output of store products (display of sample machines, materials placed, product demonstration and experience). Push the full implementation of the above‑mentioned standardization projects in stores.
