Role Overview Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operating infrastructure of DGMT. This includes leading the optimisation of DGMT’s information, knowledge and management systems. This is a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the DG Murray Trust. Responsibilities Translate the operations strategy into a clear process Develop tools, systems and workflows that enable consistent execution Design and implement a strategy for the automation and integration of new technologies and platforms to improve operational effectiveness Coordinate across the finance, operations and programmatic teams to ensure effective operations Management of the operations budget Strengthen operational systems and processes relating to budgeting, procurement, contract management and reporting Identify gaps and introduce improvements to strengthen execution Ad hoc project management support where required Qualifications A degree in a related field would be advantageous Minimum 5 years’ experience in the management of a medium-sized organisation Systems thinking and operational design experience (including onboarding of new technologies) Proven ability to translate strategy into practical delivery (including processes, structures and ways of working) Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where alignment and coordination are required Ability to operate across strategy and detail Strong execution and project management experience Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Application Deadline Applications must reach us no later than 5 June 2026. #J-18808-Ljbffr
