Responsibilities Client engagement & Pre-sales - Act as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process, confidently engaging with potential clients to understand their vision, challenges, and goals. Strategic product consulting - Provide strategic product consulting, helping clients refine their product direction and align their vision with actionable roadmaps. Discovery sessions - Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, ensuring a structured approach to defining business problems and opportunities. Decision-making & business value - Influence decision-making by articulating a clear product strategy and validating business value. Proposal development & Consultancy - Work closely with internal teams to shape compelling proposals that align with the client’s business needs. Strategic recommendations - Provide strategic recommendations on product direction, market positioning, and user experience. Design efforts estimation - Define and estimate design efforts, contributing to proposal timelines and approaches. User-centered design advocacy - Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring that proposals include practical, impactful design solutions. Design leadership & execution - Facilitate prototyping efforts, especially in the early stages of engagement, driving napkin/high-level prototypes/concepts when needed. Cross-functional alignment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility. User experience guidance - Guide design decisions that enhance user experience while considering business and technological constraints. Center of Excellence - Build the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Product Management. Best practices - Establish best practices for product management and strategic design within the company. Team growth - Grow the team of product owners, upskill the team on product thinking, user research methodologies, and market validation techniques. Frameworks & guidelines - Develop frameworks and guidelines that help teams deliver high-quality product strategies across projects. Product-driven culture - Advocate for a product-driven culture, ensuring teams maintain a balance between business needs, user needs, and technical execution. Must Haves Executive/Managerial experience - Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors, etc), creating and driving presentations that showcase strategic thinking with a clear business impact. Experience - 3+ years in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, and/or 5+ years of Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design, or Product Strategy and UX Design roles. Expertise in Product Strategy - Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients. Strong UX Background - Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research. Consultative Mindset - Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions. Business Acumen - Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit. Excellent Communication - Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders. English - Upper-Intermediate level.
