Job Description Finance plays a critical role in ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliations, partner settlements and audit‑ready reporting across this fast‑moving rewards operation. Preparation of management accounts for the Rewards portfolio. Monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Resolving audit queries and supporting audit processes. Oversight and review of work performed by one accountant. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ relevant finance experience Strong hands‑on accounting fundamentals. Comfortable working in a high‑volume transactional environment.
