Demonstrate solid knowledge of our products, their characteristics, and the market, and focus on growing the brand. Ensure consultants meet targets, review performance, and coach them to achieve required sales and operational results. Responsibilities Operations Management Provide operational support services and act as first‑line supervisor of a transactional operations area, using existing systems and protocols. Performance Management Develop and propose performance objectives; take action to achieve agreed objectives using the organisation's performance management systems. Report on team performance, set objectives for direct reports or project/account team members, and hold them accountable. Customer Management (External) Help manage clients by carrying out standard activities, providing support, managing customer queries and complaints, and resolving issues, escalating complex cases as necessary. Operational Compliance Identify non‑compliance instances within the team, report and escale issues in line with the organisation's policies and relevant regulatory codes. Leadership and Direction Explain the local action plan, connect it with the broader business objectives, and motivate staff to achieve local business goals. Capability Building Use the formal development framework to identify team members’ development needs, plan actions to build capabilities, and provide training or coaching. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Monitor team usage of the CRM system, resolve standard issues, and escale to senior management when needed. Insights and Reporting Extract and combine data to generate reports, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to reach targets. Work Scheduling and Allocation Develop short‑ or medium‑term work schedules to achieve commitments, approve overtime, and utilise additional resources. Personal Capability Building Stay current with policy updates, industry changes, and regulatory developments through training, conferences, and specialist media. Maintain relevant professional accreditations.
