Customer Service Agent (Collections Campaign) Location: Cape Town (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Requirement: Rotational shifts Job Overview We are seeking motivated and target-driven Customer Service Agents to join our Collections Campaign team based in Cape Town. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound customer interactions related to overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting performance targets. Key Responsibilities Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts via phone. Negotiate and secure payment arrangements in line with company policies. Provide accurate account information and resolve customer queries professionally. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Adhere to company compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. Handle customer objections effectively and maintain a positive customer experience. Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory. Minimum 6 months call center experience (non-negotiable). Clear credit record (non-negotiable). Willingness to work rotational shifts. Must be able to work full-time in-office in Cape Town. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven and results-oriented. Ability to handle pressure and objections. Good problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
