Attend to technicalimplementation issues. Ensure familiarity withproject referencearchitecture. Identify gapsand work with team toupdate. Transfer technical and agileprocess knowledge to teammembers. Ensure that tickets are up todate and that you move yourtickets in terms of status andcomment on the ticket whererelevant. Take ownership of stories,tasks and all relateddevelopment activities tocomplete the assigned work. Manage assigned story andtask statuses, comments andupdates from start to finish. Ensure pull requests arereviewed and that thechanges are applied to thetest environment asexpected. Pro-actively follow up withQA to ensure your work iscomplete and that all bugshave been addressed. Adhere to good technicalpractices which include: unittesting, integration testing,dependency injection,monitoring and logging Identify practices that aren'teffective and suggestchanges Review pull requests ashighest priority andparticipate by commentingand asking clarifications. Deploy approved changes totarget environments. Own the build and releaseconfiguration or process. Fix builds broken as a resultof your pull requests Execute on development tasks in line with the Technical Lead/Architect's solution and the team's project planning activities.
