SHIFT SUPERVISOR with Manufacturing, Paper&Pulp/Tissue or FMCG Industry experience - Reporting to Production & Factory ManagerQualifications/Skills: * National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in : Mechanical/Electrical OR Industrial Engineering Engineering Operations Management OR Production Management* Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Manufacturing, Paper&Pulp/Tissue OR FMCG Industry* B-Tech Degree & Supervisory Development Program - AN ADVANTAGE, but not MandatoryDuties and Responsibilities: Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during assigned Shifts. Oversee Maintenance activities & Troubleshoot any Technical issues. Coordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow & efficiency. Willing to work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if and when requested Clean Criminal Record - will be verified
