Role Overview Senior Depot Clerk will manage project feasibility, customer expectations, cost analysis, quotations, materials ordering, delivery, and health & safety compliance for all sites. Key Responsibilities Cost control and invoicing. Prepare tender and quotation documents. Budget preparation and expenditure monitoring. Coordinate project logistics and contractor activities. Resolve customer complaints and queries. Report project status and analytical findings. Ensure adherence to service level agreements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Financial acumen. Project management. Conflict resolution. MS Office proficiency. Attention to detail. Minimum Requirements Matric. 5 years experience in industrial cleaning. Strong financial and project management skills. Knowledge of Ariba and JCC systems. Valid driver's license.
