Duties: Uphold and enhance brand standards across all operations Provide feedback to the General Manager Ensure that health & safety practices are adhered to Conduct guest F&B feedback audits and reports Create and execute innovative guest experiences Foster positive guest interactions and proactively address guest needs Assist with F&B duties on an ad hock basis Maintain ambience and atmosphere thought the property Ensure all team members are competent trained and supported Motivate and guide staff duties Perform staff reviews Develop and manage staff KPI’s Manage and control operational stock Monitor and review operating costs Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma in Hotel Management, or other related fields At least 2+ years of experience in a luxury Hotel Manager role Demonstrated previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment Ability to improve Operational service effectiveness and efficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera & ESS #J-18808-Ljbffr
