🔠Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance across the division. Duties will include:Preparing monthly journals and financial reports Compiling balance sheets and profit & loss statements Assisting with annual audit preparation and resolving audit findings Investigating and resolving discrepancies and non-compliance issues Performing balance sheet reconciliations Producing monthly sales and management reports Maintaining the fixed asset register Ensuring accuracy of credit notes and stock adjustments Preparing and submitting VAT reconciliations and returns 🎓 Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) essential Relevant Finance Degree (NQF Level 7) essential Minimum 5 years experience within a manufacturing environment Syspro experience is essential Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 🌟 Key Competencies The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy A disciplined and structured approach to work The ability to take initiative and work independently Reliability and consistency in delivering outputs The ability to perform effectively under pressure Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Effective time management and prioritisation abilities
