Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced corporate company, is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the Director's schedule, communications, projects, and business operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work efficiently in a creative, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage and coordinate the Director's diary, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes Organise and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents Assist with drafting professional correspondence and proposals Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items Project & Operational Coordination Assist with the coordination of projects and timelines Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and service providers professionally Track project progress and ensure documentation is up to date Coordinate site visits,and meetings where required Assist with procurement, quotations, invoicing, and supplier communication Support the Director with daily operational requirements and problem-solving Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders Maintain professional client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Ensure all client communications are handled promptly and professionally Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with project coordination and diary management essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Professional presentation and interpersonal skills Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
