Duties & Responsibilities Lead the design and engineering of solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) arrays, inverters, storage systems, and electrical distribution. Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and calculations for solar projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards related to solar energy installations. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to team members. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in solar energy systems. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards for solar installations. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with solar equipment suppliers and vendors. Ensure compliance with local permitting, interconnection, and utility requirements.
