About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with proven experience in the iGaming / online gaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels, while maintaining strong brand consistency and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strong understanding of performance-driven design, fast-paced campaign execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, CRM, and compliance. Key Duties and Responsibilities Creative & Design Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-impact creative assets for iGaming brands across digital platforms. Develop marketing visuals for:Paid media (display, social, programmatic) Website and landing pages Email and CRM campaigns In-app promotions Affiliate marketing materials App Store / Play Store assets Design promotional materials including bonuses, tournaments, free spins, jackpots, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs. Adapt and localise creative for multiple markets and regions. Campaign & Performance Design Create conversion-focused designs aligned with campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, retention). Optimise creative assets based on performance feedback and A/B testing insights. Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to continuously improve creative effectiveness. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product teams, and developers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers.
