Job Requirements Minimum 3 years’ supervisory chef experience in a 4/5‑star lodge environment Cooking and hygiene qualifications beneficial Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong leadership to coordinate kitchen team with attention to detail and high presentation standards Good understanding of food trends and dietary requirements Knowledge of stock procedures, control, planning, budgeting, and departmental administration Willingness to train, mentor, and manage the kitchen team alongside the Sous and Head Chef Strong administrative skills to minimize shortages, wastage, and variances Ability to manage costs and implement effective control measures Food Portfolio must be submitted with application.
